Arleen P. Mariotti, Ph.D.

Arleen P. Mariotti, Ph.D. is an educator, published author, and artist. She serves as the Secretary of the Board and also as an instructor in acrylic painting and memoir writing for the LEC. She received her BA and M.Ed. from the University of Florida and her Ph.D. in literacy education from the University of South Florida. Now retired, she leads writing groups in the Tampa Bay area, and provides outreach art classes at various assisted living facilities and Adult Day Care centers.
